I'm not familiar with sending artwork over the web, can
you walk me through it?
If you already have a design, but aren't sure how to get it to
us, just follow our easy instructions for uploading artwork. You
can also find detailed instructions for other methods of sending
artwork. Do not hesitate to call or email our customer service
department if you have any questions!
Can I get promotional product samples before placing
an order?
We will be happy to provide you with product samples. Many items
are available as free samples, others will be provided at a minimal
cost for shipping and handling. Any amount you spend on samples
will be refunded to you upon receipt of your production order.
What is a "proof"?
A proof is a printed layout from the art department that allows the client to review the layout for approval or make any necessary changes before the production order is run. The proof layout is shown on a template of the actual item. The order will not go into production until the final proof is approved by the client.
I know what I want for my promotional items, but I don't
have a logo designed, can you help me with my artwork?
We have artists on hand with years of design experience. Whether
you have an idea in mind and just need help wrapping up the fine
details or you need a complete logo and design concept created,
we can help.
What is a set up fee?
The setup fee is the labor charge to customize a plate or silk
screen to apply your imprint to the product. Set up fees are one-time
charges based per product, per color, per imprint. For instance,
if you order travel mugs with a one-color imprint, there would
be single set up fee. If your artwork is more than one color,
a screen must be made for each color and will result in a second
color set up fee. There is usually no set up fee when reordering
the same item, as long as there are no changes to your artwork.
Some promotional products will not require a set up fee if the
imprint is simple, straight-line text. More information can be
